1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the 55betpk platform — including but not limited to the website at 55betpk.org, any associated mobile interface, or any game or service made available through the platform — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of 55betpk, including registered account holders, visitors browsing the platform without an account, and any person who accesses any game, promotional content, or service offered by 55betpk. 2Eligibility & Age Requirement

• You are physically located within a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services is lawful;

• You have not previously had a 55betpk account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions;

• You are not acting on behalf of any third party in connection with placing bets or operating an account.

55betpk conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction will be suspended pending resolution, and any winnings accumulated during an unverified period may be withheld.

3Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 55betpk platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity, device, IP address, household, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering an account on 55betpk, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times. 55betpk accepts no liability for losses or issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the player.

All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorized by you — is your sole responsibility. 55betpk reserves the right to refuse any account registration or to close any existing account at its sole discretion, with or without cause, subject to the settlement of any legitimate pending withdrawals.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on 55betpk are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). 55betpk supports a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account and are subject to change at 55betpk's discretion.

Deposits are credited to your 55betpk account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment processor. 55betpk is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment service providers, including bank processing times, network outages, or e-wallet provider maintenance windows.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed full KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Withdrawals will only be issued to a payment method registered in the same name as the 55betpk account holder;
• Any active bonus funds must comply with the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted;

• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method; GCash withdrawals are typically processed within three (3) minutes under normal operating conditions, while bank transfers may take up to one (1) banking day.

55betpk does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees, for which 55betpk accepts no responsibility.

5Bonuses & Promotions

55betpk offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to their individual terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time of each offer.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all 55betpk bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered account holders who have completed KYC verification;
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise;

Players who have self-excluded or placed deposit limits on their accounts are not eligible to receive promotional bonuses for the duration of any active restriction period.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed on 55betpk are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sport, as published within the relevant game interface or betting section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between general terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail.

55betpk reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed under the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on an event or game outcome that had already been determined at the time of placement;
• A technical error, software malfunction, or data feed failure caused incorrect odds or game parameters to be displayed;
• There is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, result manipulation, or any other form of sports integrity violation related to the event in question;
• The bet was placed in contravention of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable law;
• The account placing the bet was later found to be ineligible under Section 2 of these terms.

All game outcomes on 55betpk are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live games, by real-time physical events conducted by licensed studios. 55betpk does not alter game outcomes or RTP parameters beyond what is disclosed in each game's published specifications.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviors are strictly prohibited on the 55betpk platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one (1) account on the platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform if you are under twenty-one (21) years of age;
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other software tool to place bets, harvest information, or manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or using 55betpk for any transaction that constitutes a criminal offence under Philippine law;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live casino or poker environments;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform — any such discovery must be reported immediately to 55betpk support;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymization service to circumvent geographic restrictions or platform controls;
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction through your bank or e-wallet provider without first raising the matter with 55betpk support.

8Account Suspension & Closure

55betpk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms & Conditions, violated applicable law, or engaged in conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

In the event of account suspension or closure due to a breach:

• Any bonus funds, free spins, or promotional credits in the account will be immediately forfeited;
• Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation and will only be released upon satisfactory resolution of the matter in question;
• 55betpk will cooperate fully with PAGCOR, Philippine law enforcement, and other regulatory bodies as required.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting 55betpk support via live chat or email. Voluntary account closure does not affect any pending withdrawal requests, which will continue to be processed in the normal course subject to KYC verification requirements being met.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the 55betpk platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of 55betpk or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the 55betpk platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 55betpk and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform.

55betpk's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

55betpk does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We shall not be liable for any losses resulting from platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to third-party payment services.

11Privacy & Data Protection

12Responsible Gaming

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, or any breach thereof, shall first be submitted to 55betpk's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team in writing.

55betpk will make every reasonable effort to resolve any dispute amicably and within a reasonable timeframe. If the internal resolution process does not produce a satisfactory outcome, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR or to the appropriate Philippine courts having jurisdiction over the matter.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

14Amendments to These Terms

55betpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes affecting your rights as a player, changes to withdrawal procedures, or changes arising from updated PAGCOR regulatory requirements — 55betpk will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform homepage.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
